You already have everything you need within you. I help high-responsibility women uncover what truly matters and build a life that reflects it.
You're constantly busy — yet at the end of the day, it feels like none of it was actually for you.
You take care of everyone else first — and your own needs keep getting pushed to someday.
You know something needs to change — but you're not sure where to start or what you even want anymore.
You don't have to navigate this alone. There is a way back to yourself.
I was hesitant to work with a coach — I didn't think it would work for me, and honestly, I wasn't sure it was even for people like me. I had been struggling for so long to get my life together that I finally decided to try, simply because nothing else was working. I'm so glad I did.
From the very beginning, Rimma created such a calming, relaxed space. She's easy to talk to, and somehow I found myself saying things I never expected to share with someone I barely knew. She made me feel safe enough to open up — and that alone was a shift.
What really surprised me, though, was how she'd ask questions that felt impossible to answer. I'd sit there thinking, "But Rimma, I'm with you because I don't know the answer!" And yet… with her gentle guidance, I would find myself uncovering insights I didn't know I had.
Working with Rimma helped me realize that maybe I've had the answers all along — I just needed the right person to help me reach them.

Zoe often found herself saying "yes" at work and in her personal life — even when it left her overextended and exhausted.
Through coaching, Zoe uncovered that saying "no" wasn't selfish — it was a way to protect her energy. She now communicates her needs with confidence.
Alison juggled multiple jobs, family responsibilities, and caregiving, always putting others first. Beneath it all was a quiet dream of pursuing a PhD.
Coaching helped Alison reconnect with her core values. She chose a new path that inspires her and models courage and self-worth for her children.
Nick appeared to have it all — career success, a strong family, and stability. Yet, he felt restless and disconnected, rarely prioritizing his own needs.
Through coaching, Nick learned to integrate rest and joy — not as a reward, but as a necessity. He now lives with presence and deeper satisfaction.
Coaching is a reflective, goal-oriented process that gives you the space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and move forward with clarity and intention. Together, we explore what matters most to you and create practical, meaningful steps that fit your life.

Life, Balance & Wellness Coach
My path to coaching has been shaped by both achievement and transformation. I earned a doctorate from a top research university, taught high school students in an underrepresented community, conducted research at one of the nation's leading children's hospitals, and became a certified yoga teacher.
Through each chapter, I gained a deep understanding of growth — not just academically, but personally. I saw how capable, driven people can still feel stretched thin, disconnected, or unsure of what truly matters.
After the birth of my third child, I realized that if I was going to be away from my family, my work needed to reflect what motivates me most: guiding others through meaningful growth and change. Coaching became the natural intersection of my education, lived experience, and core values. I am a certified ICF coach, guiding women ready to realign their lives with what truly matters to them.
On a more personal note, I'm a proud mom of three boys, a wife to a brilliant man with the best sense of humor, and a dedicated yogini. I find joy in dancing, reading, traveling, local coffee shops, and moments of quiet by the ocean.
If you're ready to reconnect with yourself and create a life rooted in clarity, balance, and intention, I would love to work together.

— Joy, 48, WriterCoaching with Rimma helped me realize just how much I had been pushing myself — emotionally, physically, and energetically. She created space for me to slow down and reconnect with myself.
The truth is, I never thought coaching would help me. But giving it a try turned out to be one of the kindest things I've done for myself in a long time.
— Anonymous, 69, Postdoctoral ResearcherI've always loved cozy coffee shops and curling up with a good positive psychology book, thinking, "This is it! I know what to do now — my life is going to change!" But, as inspiring as those moments were, it wasn't until I worked with a life coach that things really started shifting.
There's something truly magical about having someone fully present with you, asking powerful questions, and helping you tune into your truth. Coaching gives you the space to figure out what's really important to you and what steps feel right — then, together, we create a path forward that actually works in your life.
With coaching you get a guide in this journey.
I totally get this — I'm an extrovert and I love deep, meaningful conversations with friends and family. Those heart-to-hearts are so special. But here's the thing: when you're trying to figure out something big or make a real change, friends and loved ones (even with the best intentions) often can't help but sprinkle in their own advice, experiences, and opinions.
Coaching is different. It's a space just for you — no judgment, no unsolicited advice — where your thoughts, feelings, and dreams take center stage. You get to explore your own answers, trust your inner voice, and decide what's truly right for you.
This is such an important question — and honestly, one I struggled to answer clearly until I heard this perfect analogy in coaching school (Life Purpose Institute):
A therapist is like an archaeologist, helping you dig deep into your past to understand and heal. A coach, on the other hand, is like an architect, helping you design and build the life you want moving forward.
Therapy is essential for working through past wounds and mental health challenges, while coaching is all about where you are now and where you want to go. We focus on your goals, dreams, and actionable steps to create the life you're envisioning.
The life you desire is waiting. Take the first step toward clarity, balance, and living your values.
